bQuest is embedded inside financial advisory firms. Advisors invite their clients into the platform, where each family completes a needs assessment. When their situation matches your specialty and geography, your profile shows up as a curated match.

No. bQuest doesn't sell leads.

Providers pay an annual membership fee, which includes their application fee — renewed only after receiving three (3) verified engagements. No per-lead charges, no bidding, no pay-to-play. A 20% discount is available for members of NPRA, ALCA, NASMM, SCSA, and AADMM. Fees may vary by location or service type.

Any of these four:

  • A direct message from a client or advisor
  • A scheduled consultation
  • A recommendation from our Care Concierge team
  • A speaking engagement at a bQuest webinar, conference, or tradeshow

Your profile is visible to partnership referred clients, advisor-referred clients and families, bQuest financial advisor partners, other vetted providers in the ecosystem, and families whose needs match your specialty and geography. No open search or cold traffic.

  • Nomination: You must be referred by a current bQuest member, financial partner, or approved national association partner.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in business, or 5+ years in a client-facing aging care role.
  • Interview: A 1:1 conversation to understand your services and your fit with the ecosystem.
  • Application: COI, licensing, credentials, references, and service scope.
  • Verification: Licensing, credentials, and background check.
  • Onboarding: Access to the platform, directory listing, and provider tools.

We also verify business documentation, certificate of insurance, professional reputation, and alignment with bQuest's care philosophy. Not everyone gets in.

Yes — and that's good news if you're reading this now. Each specialty is capped at 5–10 providers per metro area. Caps may expand as demand grows, but first-in providers get priority exposure in their market.
