Kelly Baird is the co-founder of bQuest, a mission-driven care coordination platform created for families like hers—those suddenly thrust into the complex world of aging, caregiving, and end-of-life planning without a clear guide. Kelly has worn many hats over the years: adult daughter, caregiver, advocate, and crisis navigator for her parents and 99-year-old grandmother. These deeply personal experiences gave her a front-row seat to the emotional toll, the decision fatigue, and the overwhelming need for clarity in moments that matter most.

Guided by this lived experience, Kelly set out to build something better. With nearly two decades of experience leading partnerships and initiatives across public health, economic development, early childhood systems, and community change, she brings a unique systems-level perspective to aging care. Her work has always centered on collaboration—building coalitions and aligning efforts to drive meaningful, lasting impact.

At bQuest, Kelly is focused on growing a national ecosystem of vetted professionals who support families and financial advisors navigating care decisions—from senior placement agents and hospice teams to home modification specialists and grief therapists. She believes that aging with dignity shouldn’t depend on luck or privilege—it should be supported by compassionate systems, smart technology, and real human connection.
