Lauren Clough brings together a rare blend of operational expertise and personal lived experience to lead bQuest with heart and vision. Before co-founding bQuest, Lauren spent over a decade working in business development and supply chain operations at her family’s company, Dot Foods—the nation’s largest food industry re-distributor. There, she honed her skills in building scalable systems, managing fragmented vendor networks, and delivering value across complex ecosystems.

But Lauren’s drive to reimagine aging care in America is deeply personal. For more than 20 years, her family has navigated the long journey of Alzheimer’s, an experience that shaped her understanding of what families need during the most emotionally and logistically complex chapters of life. This intersection of professional experience and personal caregiving inspired Lauren to co-create bQuest, a care coordination platform designed to bring clarity, dignity, and real-time support to families nationwide.

Lauren’s passion lies in transforming systems for good. Through bQuest, she is on a mission to impact the world in the most positive and meaningful way—by helping families feel supported, informed, and empowered during life’s most vulnerable transitions.

She lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband and two young children, who have taught her to savor the small moments and embrace the joy of the journey—not just the destination.
